It is an average hotel. It has an average breakfast included: sausage, cheese, butter,jam,egg,cake,pancake,halva,breakfast chocolate, tea,hot milk, grapes,watermelon,apples. The cleanliness of the room and hotel is average. Tea and water are charged only on the first day. The behavier of the staff is not very polite. Problems are dealt with late for example water was collecting inside the bathtub, the sewage system had a problem and unfortunately it was not fixed.The hotel is near the disco and there is a lot of noise until midnight. The location of hotel is very good and it is close to Esteghlal street and metro station and bus stations. Shock (sok) shop is near the hotel. When entering the hotel, the reception take $100 as a guarantee of non_destruction, but does not give a receipt!!!???

Rooms is too small, no space to put luggage, very dark. The bed was so small. Paper cups, no kettle. Windows are not sound proof, the music sounds all night from the club infront the hotel. Unhelpful staff, room service for cleaning was terrible. Furnishing were very old and dirty. Breakfast is the same everyday. Location is very good! Istiklal street - 5 min, Taksim sq. - 20 min, Galata tower - 10 min, metro station - 5-7 min. Over all, this is barely a 2 star old and dirty city hotel.

Economy room is too small, no space to put our luggage. We upgraded to a bigger room next day for 2 days everything was fine, then they decided to change our Air Condition in the room with a new one. For two consecutive days now, we had no A/C in our room, and each day they let us sleep in a different room for the night! Breakfast is the same everyday, poor quality. Windows are not sound proof, we hear the music ALL night from the club infront the hotel. Over all, don't expect 4 stars service, this is barely a 2 star city center hotel!

hotel not recommended. very dirty, we found it already in a very bad situation, little functional air conditioner, torn towels, crumbling on the carpet ... shower with mold. many complaints have been made and only the evening before leaving do they propose a change to another structure. Unhelpful staff, nobody knows anything or does anything you are left in trouble.
